Let’s celebrate our wins. Select chapters will participate in a pilot growth recognition program during the 2019-20 academic year. This program will include a cash incentive of $1,500 for chapters that reach their recruitment goals.

The recruitment game is evolving and we are sharing best practices for recruiting and retaining new members. Chapters will receive a refreshed recruitment guide and new member educaton program to kickoff the fall term, and we will deliver more intentional in-person and remote coaching services. Additionally, new instructional videos and a new regional education program (LEAD Weekend) will be introduced in spring 2020.
Spring 2020
The adoption of technology will become the differentiating factor in the fraternity world and we are moving quickly to ensure our chapters have access to the best tools on the market. Chapters will have access to preimum ChapterBuilder accounts and can expect increased coaching on productivity platforms such as G-Suite and Slack.

Tell your story with professional videos and let potential new members explore an engaging new national webiste. Don’t just post online, but take a deep dive into your social media insights and better understand how to communicate with your audience to drive results. Be on the lookout for a pyramid’s worth of new content and our first ever online store late next year.
